Sifter ?

This is nothing real important... at least not that I have seen. But I use one of the sifters like Edna uses in her videos... not the squezzy thingy but the one you use a spoon with. For some reason when I have been sifting things lately it has had like static cling, I think that is how I would describe. It hasnt caused anything big in my icing... YET, but it is super annoying to get a slight shock while sifting! I dont know what would cause this... Any suggestions?

I guess my sifter is the only psycho shocking one out there??? Guess I will go buy a new one... HAHA!

That's weird!
I like to use a metal strainer. I put it over a big bowl, (it holds 2lbs of ps) and stir with a spoon or wisk. It's quick, easy and no shocking!! LOL icon_biggrin.gif

I've had that problem. I think it's because of the sugar.
