I had seen a recipe for some sort of gelatin sheet that can me made into bows and butterflies. very pretty but what i am wondering is how is the taste and texture? do people eat it and like it? I love cake decorating but i like to stick to things that not only look good but also taste good. i would love to know about this gelatin thing.

If you add sugar free jello in the color/flavor appropriate the flowers and wings taste great but be careful of wires.
