Does anyone have a recipe for these? I love apple cider and was thinking it would be good in cupcakes for Halloween.

You could just substitute the cider for the liquid in a spice cake or apple cake. The true cider taste wouldn't come out that much without the help of other flavorings unless it's concentrated.
