Oh, they didn't do anything to me. I'm sure it wasn't personal in anyway. It just gives them an edge...the computer program plays for them while they are away. It actually only harms my FV friends because, I afterall cannot adopt the animals I find anyway. It is tempting...something that tends the crops, finds all the animals, does all the work....but then...what's the point of playing?

Hi - my name is Suzycakes - and I am a closet FV player!

Okay - this is going to sound so bad - but I have been dying to ask someone - anyone - this question - but I am afraid to ask the people in my town in fear of total ridicule!! Considering I was raised in a farming family, helped/worked for my dad until I married on his farm - and live in a massively farming region - and I am quite knowledgable about all things farm related - HOWEVER!! - I have played FV a few times - but - I don't get it??? - What is the point?? What are we suppose to be 'doing' - I don't see a challenge (like bejeweled) - I don't see a timer to hurry and get things done! - How do you actually 'plant' something? How do you actually water it? How does it actually grow? Is there an end to what you can plant and how much you can plant? Can you just keep adding 'plots'?

I think I am trying to over - analysis FV - but I really just need someone to be kind and break it down for me!!

I don't even have the nerve to ask my own son who is an Agronomy major and plays FV all the time!!

Okay, don't over think the game. You start off small farm, try to plant rows next to each other, go to market and buy short term plants at first to build up coins. When they are ready (4 hrs, 10 hrs, 12 hrs, etc.) go back and harvest them to get more coins.

You will need to add neighbors to help you level up. When you get neighbors, you can visit them and do some chores to gain more points and coins. Eventually you will be able to add buildings and animals. Usually neighbors will gift you animals and extra thins for your farm.

The game keeps changing the gifts and different ways to raise money and xp points. Everyone is just having fun designing their farms and bombarding their neighbors with gifts.

I can add you and you can visit my farm to see what I mean and I will be glad to help you throughout the game. Just keep asking questions on whatever you don't understand. We all have to ask someone every now and then. I also visit the forum on that game to find out solutions to problems.
