Luke is the grandson of one of my neighbors and she is very good friends with my mom so I've been kept updated on his condition. He was very near death when he got to Arkansas Children's Hospital. As of yesterday, he was still in really bad shape but I haven't heard anything today. He is 15 and was in excellent health.

I just watched this story Tracy.....this H1N1 is so scary. I hope and pray that Luke will pull through this.

The reports about how this has become a Pandemic are very troubling.

Oh wow, I just saw that a little bit ago. So sad. I'm praying that he'll make a full recovery.

That is very scary.

My entire family just got over H1N1...Val missed an entire week of school, DH missed 3 days of work. Sophia only missed 2 days of school, she spent a weekend sick. Hearing about all the bad things that can happen with it, I realize how lucky we all were to get through it with nothing worse happening.
