I was wondering if it is possible to add wilton black icing color to dark chocolate ganache? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.
Yes, but I would use candy (oil-based), colouring , as the water content of normal food colours may cause the ganache to seize up.
If you have some ganache to spare go ahead and try it. I've done it successfully at times and had it seize up immediately at others. I would recommend getting candy coloring though for the best effect.
