I have some time to work on this, our cub scout blue and gold theme is the boy scout is turning 100 years old. The cub scouts are going with the theme of a birthday blow out. It is going to be a huge cake. Any ideas will be appriciated

How many people do you need the cake to serve? Are you planning on doing a tiered cake? How comfortable are you with doing fondant work?

One possibility would be to do the numbers 1-0-0 either as separate stand-alone cakes or placed on top of a sheet cake of some size and you could use the pattern of the sash as the covering.
