Ok, so I am making a butter cake (box mix)....thaw the butter in microwave. Mix the cake, pour in pans, bakes up really nice and high, great texture, everything. Tonight I open the microwave and there is the butter!! I am amazed that this cake rose so well, is moist, and no problems. No oil or butter? I'm happy tho. Could have been a real disaster.
