How much to charge in the TN area??

How to make them, lol...maybe someone can direct me to a thread.

Petit fours are a PAIN. I'd charge at least $20 a dozen.

I am with the PP - and if I were you I would do a trial run on them if you have never done them before. Charge an arm and a leg for them - they are a LOT of work.
