Do I need to refrigerate the Buttercream dream after ive made it? Does the cake need refrigerated? Im making a cake for the girl scouts and it will sit out for a while and need to make sure it will be stable. Thanks!!

I have left it at room temp fo three days and it has been fine. Does that help?
