I love the sound of all the exciting flavours you seem to make in America and was wondering if anyone could recommend a scratch recipe book as I live in the Uk and don't have access to your mixes and puddings. I would love to have a go at making them, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Thanks in advance

The easiest thing for you would be to go to www.epicurious.com, or www.allrecipes.com and get some recipes from online. Have fun!

"Baking Illustrated", "Perfect Cakes" by Nick Malgieri and "The Cake Bible" or the newer "Heavenly Cakes" by Rose Levy Berenbaum are all excellent. They all have good photos in addition to solid recipes and good instruction. I highly recommend all of them! Enjoy your baking!
