Sorry, I don't have a recipe, but wanted to let you know that Fondarific Chocolate fondant is out of this world! Tastes like tootsie rolls.

Chocopan is also a very good commercially made chocolate fondant.

Satin Ice chocolate fondant is great. It works up very well and tastes great.

Chocopan and Satin Ice is good. I'm still having problems with my Satin Ice though.

Anyways, try Jennifer Dontz's semi homemade recipe. It's on her dvd.

Ive also been looking for a chocolate fondant recipe and searched for chocolate paste in the end, loads on google but I also found one on here which I am going to try today when I figure out the measurements!! It says in the description that you can use it to cover a whole cake.

White Chocolate Paste
1 lb. 8 oz. White Chocolate
7/8 c. Granulated Sugar
1/4 c. + 3 1/2 Tbs. Water
3 1/4 c. Powdered Sugar
