I made a cream cheese buttercream last weekend for a carrot cake and OMG it was loverly icon_biggrin.gif. Last night I made some regular b/c and it was sweet sooooooooooooooooo
my question, Cream Cheese b/c usually goes with carrot cake and red velvet cake, how do you think it would pair with other flavours, maybe chocolate or raspberry or even citrus. TIA icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

I use the decorator's cream cheese frosting on red velvet, carrot, lemon and chocolate. It is my cream cheese frosting of choice. Love it!! I also love the Extra Special Buttercream frosting recipe on this website for when no cream cheese is desired.

The first Extra Special Buttercream recipe is the one I use.
