I made a tiger lilly using the sepal from a rose cutter, you can check it out in my photos. But it was very small. I'm assuming you probably want large ones. It was a practice run just to see if I could make one with the cutter. The link above is for stargazer lillies, but you could probably do the same thing with orange colored gumpaste.
