I have a couple cakes to make this week and have a couple questions;

1. Can you freeze a cake that has been frosted in buttercream with out affecting it?

2. Can you freeze a cake that has been covered in fondant?

3. If artificial almond extract peanut free or is it considered peanut and finally

4. What is WASC?

Thanks in advance

#1- Yes you can
#2- You can but you need to allow all condensation to evaporate without touching the cake
#3- not really sure
#4- WASC is White almond sour cream cake. My most popular cake and I make it without the almond and just use vanilla
