Just starting out making cakes for friends. I have been using MMF, on my cakes, because fondant I have tasted in the past I never liked. So, I am wondering what you use? Do you make your own, or pre-made? If pre-made what tastes the best? I really like the flavor or MMF with a little almond flavoring. Thanks....

I use MMF too. I don't sell cakes though, just bake for friends and they buy the ingredients. You can make the MMF a few days in advance, if you're working on a big project, and it's cheaper than buying fondant.
