I usually use pastry pride and had to use bettercreme instead. It is acting totally different. Does it just deflate if overwhipped? I added pudding just like I do with my pastry pride and it just got soupy. Not chunky like the PP did when I over whipped. I have chocolate soup. How do I fix this?
