I am new to the cake decorating world! I was wanting to know everyone's opinion on which cake pans work best for baking. Right now I'm using Wilton, but would love to hear everyone's thoughts!

Thank you soo much!

Magic Line, without a doubt. Puts everything else to shame.

I use both. The only thing I would recommend if you are starting to buy pans is that you buy 3" high pans instead of 2" - my reasoning is this - you can make a 2" high cake in a 3" pan but you can't make a 3" cake in a 2" pan - saves alot of money only having to buy 1 height. I started my pan collection with 2" high pans as instructed by my Wilton instructor - but then I learned (after alot of unnecessary money spent) that 3" are the way to go! 2 for the price of 1!
