How do I make and frost a camo cake without frosting running together icon_surprised.gif

Do you have an airbrush? I've never tried camo with just icing. You could start with a brown base coat and pipe on different shades of green? Maybe pipe outlines of leaves then use a brush to pull the icing in towards the center of the leaves. This would only work once your basecoat has crusted.

I did a camo cake similar to cs_confections. I made my three different camo bags, piped them onto the cake, smooshed the colors close to each other. I waited for my BC to crust, and smoothed the colors closer together. Make sure you use a crusting BC or it will be much more challenging
