There was a batch of white mix that wouldn't rise there was a thread about it quite some time ago. I can't find it. Anyone remember this?

No, but I bought some and it didn't rise. Couldn't figure out what went wrong the first time.. tried again... same thing.

I had this happen and called Duncan Hines. They said it could be that either the mix was old before the store put it on the shelf or it had been effected by the weather before it got to the store. Unfortunately there's no way to know this before baking.

I had this happen to 12 mixes. They were very nice and sent me coupons to replace the mixes that didn't work right. Call them.
