Is there any other types of paper that can be used on cake boards besides the ones I purchase from Wilton at Michaels or AC Moore that will not show the grease from the icing?
I use regular freezer paper, shiny side up. No grease stains, its easy to work with, affordable, and gives a clean white look. Look for it in any grocery store near the aluminum foil.
I use the Wilton paper in white. It's easy and quick....but I don't sell cakes either. Mine are all hobby cakes.
