I just made cheesecake lovers cake w/ choc swirl. Another first for me. I know it seems so easy, but I can't seem to make it look professional. It tastes delish but what's the proper technique? I don't want to completely mix it in, I want a nice swirl. Thanks to all who comment. Y'all are true pals!

You want a chocolate swirl within the cheesecake? Drop the chocolate batter into the pan in two globs near the edge of the pan on opposite sides of the pan. Insert a butter knife into the batter just on one side of one of the globs, but not down into the crust. Keeping the knife at a 90 degree angle to the pan, pull the knife through the glob and around the pan, slowing orbiting into the center of the pan. Repeat with the other glob going in the opposite direction.
