Say I find a commercial space (what I have in mind is a church or community center kitchen) what is the process for getting a license. I live in TN where you can't get a license in a residential area at all.

Contact your county's Environmental Health Dept. They will have packets and forms and classes and all kinds of info on how to get licensed. Good luck!
