i'm making a cake for a housewarming party. the owners/client requested a strawberry cake with strawberry icing. i don't want to make a traditional strawberry icing because it turns out pink and i want to steer clear of a baby pink shower feel. any recipes that use strawberry extract instead of actual strawberries?

The strawberry extract I use is pink already.
