I will be selling at a few craft shows. I will have quick breads, muffins, cookies, candy etc etc.
Since I haven't sold anything in about 4 yrs I don't have a clue about pricing such things. (I didn't sell them in my shop - just cake.)
Can you give me any guidelines?

Mini loaves of things like banana; cranberry-nut; orange-pecan breads ($3?) (Baked in disposable aluminum pans - 3x5?)
Larger loaves (8 1/2x of the above - how's $5 sound?
Drop cookies - like pumpkin w/nuts, raisins, coconut (I'm thinking about $8 per dz).

I can always mark them down but can't up the pricing once I start so I'd really appreciate some help if you deal w/anything like that.

Oh, and what are cake truffles going for now per dz?

Your prices match what I see at my local farm market in MI.

I think your prices sound right on. There was a thread in the general section where they were talking about the prices of cake truffles. Here's the link.
