Is it ok to make all my shells and then paint them with the shimmer dust a day or two later or does it have to be done asap?

It works fine to add the dust later.

I always add mine later and it does fine. I know they'll turn out beautifully!

I leave them to dry for a day or two & then dry dust them. I even dry dust fondant or gumpaste.
