Is it legal for me to sell cupcakes with the cervical cancer ribbon on them?
I am hoping to open up shop or look into selling from my home to donate to the research of cervical cancer. I was diagnosed a few months ago and would like to do what I can to help find a cure.
Can I use the ribbon to decorate cupcakes or in my own logo ?

First of all, I'm so sorry about your bad news. I wish you lots of health and happiness for the future! Second, I'm quite sure that if you call the corporate offices for the American Cancer Society, they can give you the info that you need. I can't see them turning away donations in return for using their logo. www.cancer.org. Hope this helps and lots of luck with your fight!!
