I just wanted to share a discovery I made over the weekend - Betty Crocker now has Gluten Free mixes! Maybe it's been out for while, but it is new at my grocery store (NJ). In the past I had bought GF mixes from a specialty/health store, but hopefully now this will help out some folks if you are in a pinch. (yes, it's $4.50 a box)

If anyone has used this mix, please let us know how it turns out!

I almost bought this, until I saw the price.

superwawa- your name is awesome. also, go shop rite!

I have bought the Betty Crocker mixes before. The cake tastes pretty good (I have a wheat intolerance) but the density is different than a regular cake. This is to be expected with wheat free products but I don't know what other people expect.

I also have these products in my Bloom and Giant stores in VA.
