Hello everyone,

I wasn't sure where to post this.

Can you store Italian Meringue, say for the next to use,

It will keep in the fridge. Just rewhip when you use again. It will last for about a week or two.

It also freezes nicely. Just let come to room temp and rewhip.

i,ve stored it up to 6 mo. .. and it was still great.. i let it come to room temp.. i rebeat it in the mixer.. and it was beautiful and still had a great taste.. htht
