I am trying to get an idea of what to expect in sales from walk-in customers. Right now we are by appointment and make most things to order.
We are looking at a retail location that is close to a residential area and also on a main street.
If you don't mind sharing, this is what I'd like to know.

How many walk-ins do you get a day on avg?
What is the average sale?
For cake walk-in customers, what size are most looking for?
Do you have a breakfast crowd for muffins, danishes, scones?
