Well I had my first official cake tasting today.. I have dropped off samples of cake I have had on hand to people before but never an actual sit down tasting with anyone. I was so nervous. I don't do a lot of wedding cakes and were really trying to steer clear of them but I know that is where the money is so I have started doing them.
Well it went GREAT! They had a tasting earlier this morning before mine and it was between me and another person. They were so impressed with the cake I brought (red velvet with cream cheese frosting). The look, the taste, the layers, the texture, they just went on and on. I wasn't going to push them and let them talk and decide but they asked me for a contract!!!!
