I am new to cake making and I am wanting to try making MMF.Can u tell me what the best way to store it and ho long also can u put the fondant dec. cake in the fridge pr is it best left out ? Thanks

Store fondant in sealable bowl ( wrap fondant in plastic wrap first )
Store fondant in a ziploc bag ( wrap fondant in plastic wrap first )

NEVER NEVER put a cake with fondant on it in the fridge ( fondant will sweat ) HTH
