My niece wants whipped icing like they have at walmart. Not the buttercream but the kind that looks like whip cream or cook whip. Does anyone have any suggestions? icon_smile.gif

You could make stabilized sweetened whipped cream.

Wal-Mart and Sam's Club use Rich's Bettercreme. The bakery dept. at Sam's Club will sell you a bucket of the pre-whipped which you may or may not have to pre-order.

If you have access to a Gordon Food Service, you can buy quarts of Rich's Bettercreme liquid which you whip up yourself.

If you can't get RBC in your area, you might be able to find Pastry Pride at a Smart 'n Final.
