I usually make my own MMF but I decided I wanted to try MFF. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but it seems to be very dry. Its very much like playdough and won't really turn into a smooth fondant, very crackly. Does anyone know what may have gone wrong and how to fix it if I want to make another batch....

Probably used too much powdered sugar.
