How do i achieve a mint green color?

just add a small amount of green dye to white icing. keep adding til it's the minty-ness that you like.

I am not sure what shade of a mint green you want however I made some cupcakes a few weeks ago and I used Moss green as the background colour then adjusted it with Kelly green.

I use a small amount of kelly Green. Makes a great "minty" color if you don't add too much.
