I just finished my first fondant cake last night, a square box w/fondant bow. I used MMF, and my bow, even after letting it stay unboxed overnight, but bow won't stay up on its own. How can I prevent this in the future? Should I use the Wilton Fondant for things like this in the future?

Thank you so much icon_smile.gif

You can stuff the bow with wadded up balls of plastic wrap and remove them at the last minute. You can also make the bow ahead of time so it's nice and dry by the time it goes on the cake. I've made bows out of MMF before and they work fine, but if you're ever in a hurry you can use gumpaste or knead some tylose powder into the MMF to stiffen it up and get it to dry faster.
