Okay... I just got my very first airbrush and can't wait to use it. In the midst of all of my excitement I realized that I forgot to order airbrush cleaner. What are some suggestions on what to use to clean it while I am waiting for the arrival of the cleaner?

Thank you in advance!! icon_redface.gif

Once you are done with your airbrush rinse the metal cup out with warm water and then fill the cup part way and spray the water out through your airbrush until it is clear of color. Then let it air dry. I have the cleaner but don't use it every time. Of course go with the instructions of cleaning that your airbrush came with cause a warranty would be void if you don't but mine actually states the warm water cleaning method as best for the type that I have (Badger).hth icon_smile.gif

Thanks mmoseley!! I will try that and check my particular brand. The instructions said to clean with the appropriate cleaner. That's it! So will have to investigate a little more on it.

I run everclear through mine. Most cleaners are not food friendly.
