A sheeter would be awesome! I got to use one when I took some classes last fall. Some day if I make enough cakes to justify the cost, I'd for sure get one.

Right now, the one thing I want most is an airbrush. Hopefully soon. icon_smile.gif

I would like to have a kitchen I could work in on an "as needed" basis. Love all of the supplies and neat gadgets too, but I would love to have a place to work out of!

a place to work out of would be great. but a set of octagonal cake pans and an actual airbrush (rather than my modle car airbrush that spits on my cakes sometimes lol) would be really nice...oh and every color available for icing so i dont have to mix them when i need some off the wall color. icon_cool.gif

I'm with you on the kitchen and sheeter and mixer, but for now and for the size of stuff I do, I would just really like a Cricut and a bigger turntable. icon_smile.gif

Oh, I forgot! my sil just made a fancy shmancy kitchen, and she put in a very expensive oven: it has a setting to proof dough, a dehydrate setting (perfect for fondant), and a few othre settings that she doesnt know what to do with, but i could very much use for my baking. just dreaming.... since i only do this as a hobby, i cant say that i can put aside cake earnings for my dreams, so i may as well dream big

A new kitchen (in a new house preferably)
A huge KA
Free shipping from the US on all online purchases
Someone to pay for a Planet Cake course.

That's not asking much, is it?! icon_biggrin.gificon_wink.gif

Have the agbay, have the airbrush...don't have a sheeter! Sounds like something I could use as I don't particularly like rolling out fondant.

A double, full-sheet sized, combination regular and convection oven, with a combination gas/induction cook top. And a new microwave oven. And new kitchen cabinets. And a kitchen about the size of the Superdome.

What, sleep is not cake related? Well, when I'm tired, nothing works out, and sometimes I'm tired cause I stayed up all nite caking, so I say it is. icon_biggrin.gif

A separate area just for sugar work...with a door with a lock and sound proof walls and an ipod fully loaded with everything from Edgar Winter's Frankenstein to Aretha Franklin's R-E-S-P-E-C-T (the sound proof walls are 'cause I can't sing but I love to try every chance I get!)

A 20 qt Hobart would be grand
or
A 5 (+)qt KA in EVERY COLOR!

cutters with matching veiners

If I got to choose just one thing though, it would be EVERYTHING!
