Anyone know what the average full drying time for fondant mixed with tylose is?
I followed aines way of making gumpaste for measurements.

I made a gumpaste tree yesterdat and half an inch thick around the trunk , and although its starting to harden its still very mallable.

Thanks

At a 1/2" thick you are going to need several days drying time. Three to five I would guess. The humidity in your area will make a difference in how quickly they do or do not dry. I have a small countertop sized fan that I use to speed up my gumpaste and fondant drying time. You might want to put a small fan on your pieces too.
