OK, I need some help with this one, need to make a cake for someone who just got their US citizenship and her friends want to be a "Miss America" cake theme, any ideas would be much appreciated. I normally wouldn't be so concerned but they need the cake this FRIDAY......talk about some short notice on my part

What about a pillow cake decorated in American colours with a crown on top? Somehow, use gumpaste to make the words "Miss USA" or just "USA" in the tiara?
