you can but the i'm not sure how, i know there is a thread either on here or wilton, i know they said it's alot sweeter. they gave the amounts, it would be more expensive to use cream, i use 1 bag mm's 1 bag con sugar, and two teaspoons water and just nuke the marshmallows with the water or flavor, never had a problem with this recipe, just grease up your hands well BEFORE mixing, and during.
