Hello my name is Kadejah and I am new to cake making. I have been playing around with making birthday cakes and found out that I really do enjoy baking. I have taken a couple of Wilton classes at the local arts and craft stores but I want to learn more about all the aspects that goes along with cake decorating. Is there anyone in the Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse region that can assist me or point me in the right direction?

There are travelling professional cake decorators. They travel around to big cities and teach really neat classes. They typically last 9 hours or so and cost a couple hundred dollars. You could check into some of those.
