They ALWAYS have a big headline article about how to lose weight. It's always right next to the BIG full size photo of an easy-to-make luscious dessert!

As I dish out a dessert special for my residents. (I'm in healthcare foodservice.) They ask if I'm a pastry chef - I answer truthfully: "no, my degree is in dietetics." I get some odd looks and rightfully so.
