Hello, I am new to cake making and decorating. I have taken the Wilton cake decorating class and loved it. I was wondering if there is a class in the Rochester area or any grat bakers/decorators that are willing to teach me. I am always watching, Amazing Wedding Cakes, Ace of Cakes, Cake challenges on Food Network channel. I have made a couple of cakes for birthdays but I REALLY, REALLY want to learn more about the industry. I enjoy it very much. :
