I'm making a 40th anniversary cake with red gumpaste roses and some dark green leaves. I want to make some filler flowers in a different color so it doesn't look like a Christmas color scheme. What color should I use? The cake itself is going to be white fondant, maybe with some pearly drapes.

It's for my parents but my mom, amazingly for once, has no preferences about color scheme, etc...
