Mff???? Please Help

Hello everyone! Okay here I am going to try MFF Fondant for the first time and my head is in a jam! Okay in the recipe it calls for cream and milk which one is it and how much? Can someone please help!! Thank You so much

the marshmallow fondant recipe that I use doesn't have milk or cream in it, just water.
1 bag of white marshmallows (8 oz)
Water (2 tbsp)
Icing sugar sifted (1 to 2 pounds)

The recipe above is for MMF, the OP is looking for info on MFF (Michele Foster's recipe). To the OP you can use either. I make it with milk because I usually have it on hand. I know that Michele just uses water (and no extracts) when she's using the fondant to cover dummies.

Charmed, there's also a link to her recipe on that page. You should definitely try it. Her fondant is really good especially with white chocolate added to it!
