I have read about how to flip 12x18 sheet cake without cracking.
If you flip over a frozen cake on the butter cream filling or any filling cake, is the cake and filling going to get soggy from condensation?
Do you even frost the frozen cake?
Thanks.

No it will be fine. Many people fill frozen cakes. You can then lightly cover it with plastic wrap and allow it to thaw. You can also fill and crumb ice a frozen cake, then pop it in the fridge overnight and it will be thawed but nicely chilled the next morning, ready for icing.
