Best Method To Stack A Cake ?

i have a chocolate 10 " and 8" frosted cake to make what would be the best way to stack on top of each other the cake is the hershey chocolate cake recipe so its quite a light cake

A cheap way of doing it is using wooden dowels or straws in the bottom layer and then stack your top cake on them. You need the dowels to support the weight of the top cake. Be sure your frosting is crusted well so you cakeboard doesn't stick to the frosting.
