I am contemplating on taking the Master Course in October at the Wilton Headquarters and would like to know if anyone has taken the 2 week course. If so, did you take the other courses in conjuntion with it? (Gumpaste, etc.) How did you like it and was it worth the money? I have taken everything Wilton offers in the craft stores and I am taking a one day Fondant course in Sept. at Wilton. I would just like some in put on it... Thanks so much!

I took the Masters course at Wilton, as well as many other classes there. I found it to be a wonderful experience. It reinforced my piping skills and I learned lots of tricks of the trade.

If you've taken the Wilton fondant & gum paste class, then I wouldn't bother with them if they're offered during the Masters. They're added on to already long days and aren't appreciably different from those offered by WMIs.

If they offer the sugar class, you might want to take that. It's tons of fun and may be something that you won't find taught elsewhere.
