I want to make lava cakes to take to a party. Can I make at home and take to destination and bake at my moms. I am affraid to keep batter cool until I get there because of the melted chocolate would get hard, but with all the eggs I can't keep at room temp. Advice greatly appreciated.
if its only for a short amount of time, and its not paying customers (or the usual super vulnerable to eggs lot - pregnant, old, sick etc) i would just make the better and thake it to your mums, see how they turn out.
or, some recipes, you can freeze in the pots, then just stick in the oven. maybe another option?
